Kids ask a lot!

I'm taking a course named "English for special Purpose" this semester..
and of course it's about how to use English for special purpose in delivering material to children.
then my lecturer showed some list of children's behaviors and also their psychology stuffs..

little learners..um..I meant children, like questioning everything around them: situation, people's behaviors, and EVERYTHING!

then a question came to my mind. what if my future student ask me, "miss, why are you fat?"...how should I answer that??

after thinking for long period..now I come up with some possible answers and some possible reactions from the children.

(REMEMBER THESE CONVERSATIONS ARE 100% MY IMAGINATION)

*first choice*

Kid : "Miss, can I ask you a question?"
me : "Sure, what is it?"
Kid : "Miss, why are fat?"
me : "hm...because I eat a lot, sweetheart"
Kid : "chocolates and candy?"
me : "yeah"
Kid : ----moment of silent----,
"mommy's right, chocolate and candy is bad, I won't eat them anymore"
me : "%*%$#$@$%^"

*Second choice*

Kid : "Miss, can I ask you a question?"
me : "sure, what is it?"
Kid : "miss, why are you fat?"
me : "hm...because my parents love me so much.."
Kid : ----crying----
me : "eh..why are you suddenly crying?"
kid : "I am skinny, it means my daddy and mommy do not love me...huaaaaaa"
me : $^*%&^*)*(

*third choice*

Kid : "Miss, can I ask you a question?"
me : "sure, what is it?"
Kid : "miss, why are you fat?"
me : "hm...why are you asking?"
Kid : "I just want to know"
me : "do you like ice cream?"
kid : "yeaahh..vanilla is my favorite"
me : "Ok, let's get them"

*fourth choice*

Kid : "Miss, can I ask you a question?"
me : "sure, what is it?"
Kid : "miss, why are you fat?"
me : "do you know Cinderella's story?"
Kid : "yeah.."
me : "you see, Cinderella has two step sisters, the fat one and the skinny one"
: "can you imagine her sisters are as beautiful as Cinderella?...
the answer is no right..that why there are some girls like me who has to be fat"
kid : "I hate Cinderella's sisters, I hate you miss"
me : "%^&*()%#$^%&"

*fourth choice*

Kid : "Miss, can I ask you a question?"
me : "sure, what is it?"
Kid : "miss, why are you fat?"
me : "have you done your homeworks"
Kid : "yeah..why?"
me : "good, because I have more homework for you"
kid : "#$%^&^#$^"

*fifth choice*

Kid : "Miss, can I ask you a question?"
me : "sure, what is it?"
Kid : "miss, why are you fat?"
me : "hey! look over there! there is a clown with ballons"
Kid : "where?"
me : ---running, leaving the kids alone---
