Many women prefer high-heels because of fashionable reason to comfortable matter. Toe pain, mid foot pain, heel pain, ankle pain, knee pain, hip pain, lower back pain, mid back pain, upper back pain, and headaches can be caused by wearing this kind of shoes regularly. This can be happen because of our foot are designed to provide yus with balance and strength as we walk or run over many different types of terrain or ground. When we’re wearing high-heels than it can be said we change the balances of our foot to our heels of our shoes. It makes our toes have to hold our entire weight when we’re wearing high-heels. This why there are so many problems are caused by wearing this kind of shoes.
There are some suggestions which high-heels lovers can do to decrease the percentage of the risk mentioned above. First, wear high-heels on special occasion only. Wearing high-heels as daily shoes is totally bad idea. Second, when we go shopping for shoes, do it in the afternoon or evening because at this time our feet usually get bigger because of fluid accumulation. Then, try the shoes on both of our feet because one foot maybe larger than another one. For the new user, try to start with chunkier heels than thin stilettos. It will help us in practicing how to walk in high-heels. Then, try to supply our body with whole unprocessed foods that will keep our blood vessels and circulation strong. Our feet need high-nutrients which can support it to work.

I read this article because my last-experience with high-heels wasn’t so good. I got some problems mentioned above. After reading this article I finally realize that high-heels isn’t a good choice for those who have to walk a lot.
