The Planner vs The DO'er

There are two type of people:

The Planner and The Doer.

Hahaha. "Doer" sound hilarious! Maybe we can call them the executor.

here a short explanation,

A planner is the person who mostly plans everything before taking the action.
On the other hand the Do'er is the executor who does most of the things even though there is no plan before.

Which one is better?

The planner is the prepared one, but because the one is too focus on preparing sometime the person is too afraid to execute the plan because the one believes S/He can come up with a better plan... (Uhh.. this is getting endless)

Then we have the do'er...

The Doer is the executor. Nothing can stop this person. but... because the person tends to do action without considering the risk and result (Plan) then there is a huge change the best result can be hardly achieved.


It's better to have both of them at a time.
It could be a person with balance personality or it could be a team of two person with the difference type of personality.

I tend to be the full time planner and the part time do'er. I plan a thing perfectly and do it as perfect as I could. hahaha.
